Nobody wakes up wanting “cloud.” They wake up with a server three years past its warranty, an office opening next quarter, a licence bill that crept up while nobody watched, or an acquisition that doubled everything overnight. Cloud and infrastructure work is what we do when your environment has to change — designed properly, scoped honestly, and delivered while your business keeps running. We’ve been cloud-first since before it was a buzzword.
The moments this work happens
A server hits end-of-life. The decision point most businesses mishandle: replace like-for-like out of habit, or take the chance to move to Azure or a fully cloud-based setup. We model both — cost, risk, and where your business is heading — before recommending either.
You’re opening or moving an office. Networks, Wi-Fi, firewalls, connectivity and desks-ready-on-day-one. We design multi-site from the start, so the third location is a rollout, not another project.
Your file storage or email has outgrown its home. SharePoint and Exchange migrations are our bread and butter — off ageing servers, out of other tenants after an acquisition, or consolidating the sprawl of shared drives into something staff can actually find things in.
The old phone system dies. Teams Calling replaces your PBX with the platform your team already lives in — one vendor, one bill, and your numbers come with you.

How our projects run
Every project gets a written scope of works before anything starts: what’s in scope, deliverables, dependencies, milestones, risks and their mitigations, and a payment schedule tied to progress. Assumptions are stated, exclusions are stated, and anything outside scope is quoted before it’s touched — never invoiced as a surprise. It’s the same discipline that runs our
managed IT support, applied to change instead of continuity. And because most projects change how people work, change management is built in: communication templates, cheat sheets, and training where it matters.
Frequently asked questions
Our server is end-of-life. Should we replace it or move to the cloud?
It depends on your applications, compliance needs and growth plans – not on what’s fashionable. We model both options with real costs over three to five years and recommend the one that fits. For most growing businesses the answer is cloud, but not always, and we’ll tell you when it isn’t.
Will a migration disrupt our business?
Properly staged, no. Migrations run in the background with cutover scheduled outside your peak times, communicated in advance, and supported on the morning after. Most staff experience a migration as one weekend and a new login screen.
What does a cloud migration cost?
Every migration is quoted as a fixed-scope project after an assessment of your environment – the honest answer is that size and complexity drive it. What we commit to: a written scope with milestones and a payment schedule before we start, and no surprise invoices during.
Can Teams really replace our phone system?
Yes. Teams Calling ports your existing numbers and replaces a traditional PBX for most businesses – your team makes and takes calls in the platform they already use for meetings and chat. One vendor, one bill, and no phone hardware to maintain.
We just acquired another company. Can you merge our IT?
Yes – tenant-to-tenant migrations, domain consolidation, licence rationalisation and getting two sets of staff onto one secure platform. We’ve run these integrations and know the missteps, including the ones that only surface three months in.
